Disconnect the cable from the negative terminal of the battery. Drain some coolant from the radiator to a level that's lower than the upper radiator hose. On four-cylinder models, remove the front air inlet duct. On V6 models with an automatic transaxle, remove the Transmission Control Module. On V6 models, remove the battery and battery tray. Disconnect the upper radiator hose from the radiator. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the Radiator fans. Remove the bolts at the upper corners of the Radiator fan support, then pull it upward to detach it at the bottom. Remove the radiator assembly. If necessary, remove the nut and detach the radiator blade assembly from the motor shaft. To replace the radiator motor, unbolt the radiator blade nut and remove the radiator blade. Remove the screws retaining the radiator motor to the radiator shroud then detach the motor. Remove the mounting screws that hold the motor to the radiator shroud and remove the motor. Installation is the reverse of removal. Refill the cooling system. Reconnect the battery and perform the necessary re-learn procedures.

Some coolant should be drained from the radiator to a level that's lower than the upper radiator hose.
