Drain the cooling system. Remove the fresh air intake duct. Disconnect the upper and lower radiator hoses from the radiator, as well as the overflow hose from the radiator filler neck. If a hose is stuck, use pliers to twist and break the seal, then pull it off. Remove the cooling fan assembly from the vehicle. Remove the upper radiator mount bolts from the left and right sides. Tilt the radiator assembly toward the rear of the vehicle and lift it up to remove it. Inspect the radiator for leaks and damage. Clean the radiator with a soft brush and water from a garden hose. Install the radiator by seating the mounting pads properly. Reconnect the battery and perform necessary re-learn procedures. Allow the engine to reach normal operating temperature and recheck the coolant level. Disconnect the overflow hose from the fitting by the radiator cap. Remove the right-side engine mount torque strut. Remove the coolant reservoir mounting nut. Pull the coolant reservoir upwards to disengage the stud from its grommet and remove it from the vehicle. Pour the coolant into a container. Wash out the reservoir with soapy water and a brush. Inspect the reservoir for cracks and chafing. Replace it if any damage is found. Install the coolant reservoir.
