- A:PN: 21200-40F00 does not come with a gasket. I do not see one offered by Nissan. It does state that you would need to use PN: 999MP for the inlet. For PN: 11057-H5000, you would need to order PN: 11058-H1001 for the washers. As far as the Hex nuts for PN: 14064-58Y00, I do not see any.Posted by NissanPartsDeal Specialist 7/6/2021
