Start by removing and installing the intake manifold on different Nissan models, which may include draining the coolant and disconnecting the battery cable. From the manifold, remove the air cleaner hoses as well as radiator hoses. For fuel-injected engines, disconnect throttle cable and fuel pipe; insert a plug into the fuel pipe to prevent fuel spillage. Mark and unplug all other wires, tubes and E.G.R. and P.C.V. lines from behind intake manifold while taking out manifold supports too. Intake manifold bolts should be unbolted together with injectors, E.G.R. valve, and fuel assembly. Put new intake manifold gasket in place after cleaning gasket mounting surfaces properly. Intake manifold bolts must be tightened evenly in 2-3 steps Connect all electrical connections, tubes and E.G.R. and P.C.V lines at the back of the intake manifold; besides, place manifolds supports also on it.Refitting the throttle cable plus fuel pipe follows along with putting back radiator hoses and air cleaner hoses.Fill coolant then connect battery cable starting an engine to check for leaks.
