How to properly remove and reinstall a wiper motor assembly on Nissan Altima?

Turn the wiper ON then OFF to ensure the blades are in the proper park position. Mark the positions of the blades on the windshield with tape for alignment during reinstallation. Pry off the wiper arm pivot caps and remove the nuts, using the wiper arm's leverage to wiggle it from the stud. Take off the wiper arms from the drive studs and remove the cowl cover. Detach any components attached to the strut brace and set them aside. Disconnect the wiring harness from the wiper frame and the strut brace, then unbolt and remove the brace by taking out all mounting bolts. Remove the cover from the left wiper drive stud, take out the three mounting bolts, and then remove the wiper assembly. When installing the wiper motor assembly, turn it ON and then OFF to place the unit in the PARK position before attaching the wiper arms.
