How to remove and reinstall Radiator and Coolant Reservoir in a Nissan Pathfinder?

Pathfinder owners will find the coolant tank on the left side in the engine bay's corner opposite the engine. First, take off the radiator grille and left headlight cover from the car. Shift the hose connection on the tank, unscrew the holding bolts, then lift the tank off your car. Pour the coolant into a container. Wash the reservoir inside and out, then check the outside for breaks and wear. Replace it now if you spot any damage or when reading it becomes too hard. Installation is the reverse of removal. Connect the cable from the negative battery terminal, lock your parking brake, block the rear tires, raise the front of your vehicle, and put it on stable jackstands. Pull the liquid out of your car's cooling system, but keep the fresh and good-quality coolant for future use. If your car uses transmission cooler lines at the radiator, unhook them, catching the draining liquid with a pan and plugging the lines and fittings. Take off the rubber hoses from the radiator, unscrewing the metal clamps that hold them, and gently turn them if they won't come loose. Before driving, refill and clean the cooling system, start the engine to see if any fluid leaks, let the engine reach usual running temperature, let it cool back down completely, check the coolant level again, and top up if needed.
