- Q: How to remove and install the exterior antenna on Nissan Quest equipped with a fixed-mast or power antenna?A:The vehicles covered are equipped with a fixed-mast antenna or a power antenna. To remove the exterior antenna on fixed-mast models, use a wrench on the hex portion of the antenna mast. The antenna nut/bezel can be removed with snap-ring pliers or a similar tool, taking care not to scratch the paint. Access the antenna base by removing the passenger-side front fender inner splash shield. Disconnect the antenna lead-in cable and electrical connector from the base of the antenna, then remove the bracket retaining bolt. Installation is the reverse of removal.
