Remove as much fluid as possible from the reservoir with a suction gun, large syringe or a poultry baster, disconnect the clutch fluid hydraulic line, remove the driver's side under-dash panel, remove the retaining pin and pull out the clevis pin to disconnect the clutch master cylinder push rod from the clutch pedal, remove the master cylinder mounting nuts and detach the master cylinder from the firewall, replace the reservoir separately from the master cylinder body if it becomes damaged, drive out the roll pin, carefully pry the reservoir straight up, pry the old seal out of the cylinder body and install a new one, lubricate the reservoir seal with clean brake fluid, press the reservoir into place on the cylinder body, install a new roll pin, refill the reservoir with the recommended brake fluid and check for leaks, and bleed the clutch hydraulic system.
