To remove the radiator in 1.2-liter petrol engines, drain the cooling system, disconnect coolant hoses at the expansion tank, remove the front bumper, undo upper condenser bolts, secure the condenser, disconnect air inlet hose, and coolant hoses, detach wiring harness from the electric cooling fan, remove the bumper brace, radiator lower support member, and carefully lower the radiator assembly. In 1.6-liter petrol engines, drain the cooling system, remove upper and lower radiator hoses, front bumper, expansion tank, combination lights, horn bracket, bonnet lock, air guides, bonnet support rod, and disconnect the wiring harness from the electric cooling fan. For diesel engines, disconnect the battery, drain the cooling system, disconnect coolant hoses at the expansion tank, remove the front bumper, air inlet hose, upper and lower radiator hoses, combination lights, horn bracket, bonnet lock, air guides, bonnet support rod, and wiring harness from the electric cooling fan. For inspection, reverse-flush the radiator, clean radiator fins, and consult a specialist for a flow test or radiator repair if needed. Refitting involves reversing the removal process and refilling the cooling system.
