To remove the radiator, drain the cooling system and remove the fresh air intake duct. Disconnect the upper and lower radiator hoses, as well as the overflow hose. Remove the cooling fan assembly and the radiator upper clips. Tilt the radiator assembly towards the rear of the vehicle and lift it out. For certain models, additional steps may be required, such as removing the under-vehicle splash shield, front air spoiler, inner fender splash shield, and radiator core support. Disconnect the hoses and move the condenser forward. Remove the cooling fans and lift out the radiator. Once removed, inspect the radiator for leaks or damage and have it repaired if necessary. Clean the radiator with a soft brush and water, being careful not to bend the cooling fins. Installation is the reverse of removal, ensuring proper seating of the radiator mounting pads. Refill the cooling system, reconnect the battery, and perform necessary re-learn procedures. For the coolant reservoir, disconnect the overflow hose and remove the mounting nut. Pull the reservoir upwards to disengage the stud and remove it. Clean the reservoir and inspect for damage before reinstalling and adding coolant up to the Min mark.
