Separate Accelerator Cable from Bracket: Separate the accelerator cable from the cable bracket. Remove Cable End from Accelerator Pedal Arm: Pull the cable end out from the accelerator pedal arm. Pass Cable Through Slot in Arm: Pass the cable through the slot in the accelerator pedal arm. Disconnect Remaining Cable Clips: Disconnect any remaining cable clips securing the cable. Remove Cable Through Firewall: Remove the cable through the firewall from the engine compartment side.
