Pull the fender cover off the driver's side, take down the antenna base and screen, then pull out the radio from the instrument panel. Take out the radio from behind the dash and disconnect its cable. Secure a pull string to the cable end. To remove the cable, loosen the antenna base screws and tug on the line. Take off the wire that goes with your old cable, put it on the new cable, and use it to draw the cable from inside out through your car. You just have to follow the steps of removal backwards to complete the installation. When lowering the power antenna mast, first remove the retaining nut and cover. Start the engine and keep the radio on. Extract the antenna mast and wire, letting the cable reel inside while you turn off the radio. Connect the antenna wire teeth-side down to the back of the vehicle, switch the radio to 'On,' and let the antenna feed into the tube as the attached motor spools the wire. Pass your antenna mast into the tube, but first switch off your radio before tightening the retaining nut and attaching the bezel around it. To get access to the antenna motor, first take off the antenna mast retaining nut and bezel. Then remove the right-side interior kick panel, disconnect the electrical connector from the antenna motor, and unplugged the junction block cable. Pull out the motor and harness cable through the car's body side grommet by removing the right-side interior fender splash shield. First, pull out the antenna motor by loosening its retaining screws. After removing the motor and housing from the wheel well, reverse this process to put the antenna back in place.
