Nissan 36402-8Z321 Park Brake Cable

To disconnect the parking brake cable, follow these steps: Disconnect the cable from the negative terminal of the battery. Remove the left-side under-dash panel. Remove the knee bolster and its reinforcement. Remove the roll-pin from the parking brake handle shaft. Remove the clip securing the cable casing to the bracket. Remove the accelerator pedal stop from the floor. Remove the left-side kick panel and the sill plates. Peel back the driver's side carpet. Unbolt the cable casing from the floor pan.
