Run the blower and check for proper operation.

If the blower motor receives voltage but doesn't operate, you can first check for a bad motor ground by disconnecting the electrical connector from the blower motor and connecting a jumper wire between the ground wire terminal on the blower motor and a good ground. Then, connect a fused jumper wire between the battery positive terminal and the positive terminal on the blower motor. If the motor operates properly, the ground circuit or resistor is bad. If the motor still doesn't operate, it may be binding or faulty.
