    For 2002 and 2003 models, you should remove the screws securing the pump assembly to the tank, carefully lift the unit out, free the tabs securing the fuel pump flange, fuel level sensor, and fuel filter, unclip the pressure regulator, and pull the fuel pump out of the filter, removing its packing.
