How to remove and install a radiator fan assembly on Nissan 240sx?

Disconnect the negative battery cable. Remove the fan shroud. Remove the drive belt, fan assembly/ pulley retaining bolts. Remove the fan assembly. Installation is the reverse of the removal procedure. Check fan coupling for rough operation before installation. Adjust the drive belt. If necessary remove the radiator from the vehicle for additional clearance to remove the fan assembly. For the electric type radiator fan, disconnect the negative battery cable.
