Park the vehicle, unplug the battery cables, and turn the ignition key to LOCK. Remove the 
Steering Wheel, clockspring, knee bolster, and reinforcement brace. Detach the interlock system cable. Remove the instrument cluster, control module, switches, ABS control module, and wiring harness. Mark the relationship of the steering column shaft to the coupler. Take out the pinch-bolt and check for any other connectors. Remove the mounting fasteners, guide the steering column into position, and center the clockspring.
