  The air filter is installed into the housing which is placed near the left-front side of the engine Bay. To replace the filter, the clips fastening the halves of the housing have to be unscrewed and the upper half has to be moved aside so that one could take out the filter element. This includes removal of the clips on the filter housing, opening of the cover, removal of the old filter and replacement with a new one. It is recommended that one should check the outer surface of the filter element. If it is soiled it should be changed.
