  Q: How to remove and replace the ECT sensor in a Nissan Armada?

  A: First of all, you can remove the engine cover, remove the air intake duct, and drain the engine coolant. Next, disconnect the electrical connector from the ECT sensor. The ECT sensor is placed on the inner side of the left cylinder head, near the front upper corner of the head. Using a new sealing washer, install the ECT sensor and tighten it to the torque. Refill the cooling system.
