How to remove and replace the air filter on Nissan Quest?

Inside the house on the left (driver's) aspect of the engine compartment is an air filter. To remove the air filter, free the spring clips holding together two halves of cleaner body and lift up to take off the cover and take out element of air filter. Release the fasteners and pull off the cover from inside from outside while raising it; then slide it out completely from its sheath.
