- Q: How to remove and reinstall the radio, A/C display, instrument panel speakers, and door speakers on Nissan Murano?A:Firstly, the cable should be unbolted from the negative terminal of the car battery but a person has to be careful when doing so as the battery part may be live. Next, there is a smaller trim that is located beneath the radio, which has to be taken off; the trim panels at the sides of the radio should also be taken off. Remove the radio mounting screws; this would allow you to take out the radio, as well as detach the electrical connectors. If needed unscrew the radio bracket screws and the brackets from the car. For removal, reverse the above procedures with the battery connection made together with the relevant re-learn procedures. Regarding the radio and A/C display, one has to uninstall the center vent unit, subsequently, to extract the mounting screws from the display bracket and disassemble the display. The radio display can be also removed from the bracket if necessary and installation is done in reverse manner. For the instrument panel speakers, repeat the same procedure by pulling out the cable from the negative terminal of the battery then, if the end speakers are to be removed, the windshield pillar trim panels should also be taken out.
