- Q: How to measure the brake pedal height and adjust the brake light and cruise control switches on Nissan Versa?A:With the brake pedal fully released, measure the distance from the top of the pad to the floor with the carpet and padding removed, ensuring the measurement is taken at a right angle to the floor. Release the brake light and cruise control cancel switches by turning them counterclockwise 45 degrees. Loosen the lock nut just in front of the power Brake Booster clevis, then turn the booster input rod until the pedal height is correct. After achieving the correct height, tighten the lock nut.
