How to remove and install the starter motor and solenoid on Nissan 300ZX?

Take out the motor for the car from its position. Afterwards, remove a nut that is holding a woven copper strap on the solenoid. This can be effected by taking off a nut that attaches a woven copper wire to the solenoid. Next, dismantle two solenoid mounting bolts. On removing these two retaining bolts, it is possible to divide the solenoid from the starter. Removing that is lifted from starter motor. Assembling is just reverse of removal procedure. While installing ensure that you engage solenoid plunger with starter motor shift lever.
