The vehicle has to be lifted at rear end also and to be supported on jackstands firmly. Self torque the nuts on the end of the Sway Bar Kit link bolts that pass through the suspension arms. Next, unbolt the snap pins that are fastening the Sway Bar Kit mounting brackets to the suspension crossmember, then remove the bar. The bushings themselves should also be replaced if they appear to be hardened or cracked in any way. Bolt the Sway Bar Kit with the bushings and brackets then tighten the retaining bolts. Finally, tighten the bolts after effecting adjustments when the vehicle is lowered to the ground with curb weights. He fits the Sway Bar Kit link bolts which are acquired through the suspension arms securely, and then he removes the jackstands and drops the vehicle. Last, fasten the retaining bolts to the set torque.
