Where is the knock sensor located and How to remove and install it on Nissan Versa?

The knock sensor is located on the engine block's side and is positioned towards the vehicle's front below the manifold. It can be found below the intake manifold, on the engine block, on the side that faces the radiator. To take it away from there, initially disconnect its electric connector. Thereafter pull out a sensor mounting bolt and sensor itself. Put it back through reversing procedures which were used to remove it. Finally, make sure you tighten bolt mounting to 17 ft-lbs.
