  • How can I check my order status?

    You may check your order status or reply to our message by using Track Order or logging into your account. We will also notify you of any updates or issues with your order via email.
  • Why am I not receiving emails from you?

    Emails can sometimes be automatically filtered to junk/spam folders, so please be sure to check these folders if you have not received it in your inbox. You can add NissanPartsDeal as an email contact to receive emails.
    You can also use Track Order or log in to your account to view and reply to our messages.
    If you still do not see any emails from us for your order, please contact us.
  • I checked my order status online and was advised that my order has been canceled. Why?

    Any time there is an issue processing your order, you will be informed by email. An order can be canceled for several reasons. This includes a declined credit card, unverified shipping address, discontinued parts, or no response to the email we sent you within the required timeframe.
  • How long does it generally take for an order to be processed and shipped out?

    Our processing time is typically the next 1 to 3 business days from the order date. If there are any unexpected delays, we will always notify you via email. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email including the invoice and a tracking number for you to track the shipment. The order will generally be delivered within 1 to 3 business days. Please allow 24 hours for carrier to update shipping information.
