  • Where do you ship from?

    We ship from multiple strategically located dealerships all across the US to ensure you get your parts quickly.
  • What shipping carriers do you use? What's "Best Standard Delivery"?

    We ship via USPS, FedEx, and UPS.
    Orders with "Best Standard Delivery" option will ship via USPS Priority Mail, USPS Ground Advantage, FedEx Ground, or UPS Ground. Depending on your shipping location, we choose the quickest shipping carrier available for you. "Overnight" shipping is available for selective parts at checkout. Most orders are generally delivered within 1 to 3 business days after they are shipped out from our authorized Nissan dealers.
  • If I select an Overnight shipping option, will my part(s) ship out the same day I place the order?

    Overnight shipping guarantees transit time only after the order has completed processing. Processing may require 1 to 3 business days if parts must be sourced from the manufacturer. Please note that expedited shipping options do not speed up order processing time.
  • Does NissanPartsDeal.com deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses?

    Yes, shipments can be sent via USPS only to both PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses. Expedited shipping or large item shipments are not available to these address types.
  • Can I have my order shipped on my own shipping account?

    Unfortunately, we do not offer third party shipping.
  • My order/package has shipped and is currently in transit. Can I request to have USPS/UPS/FedEx hold my package(s)?

    Yes. Please contact your local USPS/UPS/FedEx customer center or storage facility for more information.

  • My order/package has shipped and is currently in transit. Can I request to have the delivery address changed?

    Once an order has shipped and is in transit, we cannot reroute a package to an alternate location. This is a precautionary measure to safeguard against fraud. An order can only be shipped to the specified address on the original order. In certain cases, an order can be held for pickup at a local UPS Customer Center, FedEx location, or US Post Office for pick up. Please contact the carrier for more information regarding pickup.
  • Why am I being charged a Hazardous Materials fee for an airbag, seat belt, etc.?

    Certain car parts, such as but not limited to airbags, and seatbelt pre-tensioners are classified as hazardous materials. They need to be shipped with special handling in order to ensure that they arrive safely and require additional documentation. HazMat items must be shipped in accordance with Federal regulations. We comply with all regulations.
    We partner with FedEx Ground and UPS Ground to ship your HazMat items only. All HazMat items cannot be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii, or internationally.
