Remove the first cable from the negative terminal of the battery, then place the car in a stationary position by putting blocks on the rear wheels ant turn the parking brake on. First of all you have to take off the right front wheel, to do that loosen the lug nuts of the right front wheel, lift the front part of the car and securely place it on jackstands. The engine splash shield needs to be detached and the drivebelt needs to be slid off. Remove the starter and lock the
Flywheel by using a large screwdriver. The crankshaft pulley bolt has to be loosened and a puller utilized to remove the pulley from the crankshaft, and when doing so the correct adapter has to be applied so as not to cause any damage and the jaws of the puller has to be fastened to the hub of the pulley. To fit the crankshaft pulley, ensure that the groove is lined to the key on the crankshaft then fit the pulley over the crankshaft. Put on the crankshaft pulley retaining bolt and further tighten the same up to the required level of torque. The rest of the installation proceeds in the exact opposite manner to the removal process. Last but not the least decouple the battery and complete all the usual relearn processes.
